Terms and Conditions of Service “Terms of Service”:

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms of Service”) apply to your access to and use of the website “dsmobileautoworks.com” and services provided by “D’s Mobile Auto Works LLC” and/or referred to as “D’s Mobile Auto Works.”  The policies, terms, and conditions set forth in, referred to and/or linked herein, all of which are incorporated herein by reference, are, collectively, the “Agreement.”

This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (“you”) and D’s Mobile Auto Works LLC. (Formed in the State of Oklahoma and hereinafter referred to as “D’s Mobile Auto Works,” “we” or “us”). By using this site or our services you indicate your acceptance. You agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Website or Services.

I. Services Provided
D’s Mobile Auto Works offers mobile automotive repair, automotive inspection, automotive maintenance, automotive diagnostic, battery replacement/installation services, and other general automotive repair related services. Our services include but are not limited to vehicle inspection, vehicle diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, mechanical repairs, and battery installation/replacement services, which are provided at your location as requested.

II. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled via our business phone number, email, in person, or our website submission form on our contact page. Your time and our time is valuable, we require 24 hours notice from you if you decide to cancel an appointment with us. If you cancel an appointment with us and provide 24 hours notice then there is no fee for cancellation. Canceling an appointment with us with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 0.5/hours at the current shop rate. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or safety issues and concerns.

III. Service Area
Our services are available in and around Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas. Contact us to verify that you are within the service area.

IV. Warranty
D’s Mobile Auto Works offers a 90-day warranty covering labor and installation errors. This warranty does not cover parts or issues arising from external causes beyond the control of our installation services. By purchasing parts through us you may be eligible for a warranty provided by the parts manufacturer/parts wholesaler that may or may not cover parts and/or labor and may or may not cover a larger range of time and mileage. If a parts warranty is available we will try to make sure you are aware of the warranty so that you are covered and/or have the option of utilizing this coverage. Due to the large number of parts manufacturers and wholesalers with varying warranties, this option may or may not be available to you and your specific situation.

V. Payment and Prices
Payment is due upon completion of services rendered, in case of larger jobs a deposit may be requested in order to proceed with the service. D’s Mobile Auto Works accepts payments through multiple methods including but not limited to: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash App, Square App, and many other Contactless payment options. Some apps, payment processors, and other payment options may apply additional processing fees to your bill if utilized for payment. Any additional payment processing fees you may accrue while utilizing a payment processing service we offer is solely your responsibility and not the responsibility of D’s Mobile Auto Works.

Prices are subject to variation at any time due to the nature of automotive labor time estimation, business conditions, and the large number of different makes, models, years and types of vehicles. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Estimates are just that, an estimate. Estimates must be approved by you before any work begins, if additional parts/labor outside the original estimate are required then we will submit to you an additional estimate to be approved by you before any additional work is performed. A Travel Fee of 0.5/hour at current shop rate for distances under 30 miles will be charged per visit. Distances greater than 30 miles but under 50 miles will be charged an additional 0.5/hour at current shop rate. Distances greater than 50 miles but under 80 miles will be charged an additional 0.5/hour at current shop rate. The current shop rate is available upon request and subject to change at any time. A waste disposal Fee of $5 will be applied when waste/waste chemicals must be disposed of properly by us.

VI. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your vehicle for scheduled services and maintenance. You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your vehicle’s condition, prior work performed on your vehicle, and vehicle history when requesting services.

VII. Limitation of Liability
You agree that D’s Mobile Auto Works shall not be liable for any damages resulting from services provided, except where due to the negligence or willful misconduct by us in the performance of our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

VIII. Refunds, Disputes, Charge backs, Unpaid Services and Late Fees
There are No Refunds on labor, parts, or service. In the event there is an issue with our service you agree to contact us so we may attempt to remedy the situation. Payment is due upon completion of service, late fee is 0.5/hours at current shop rate. Any invoice we issue to you for payment upon completion of services rendered
that is not paid, is disputed by you, or charged back by you may result in debt collection, other legal avenues of recovery plus costs, or up to including a mechanic’s lien being filed against you to recover the debt that is owed.

IX. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any behavior that we deem disruptive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. This right is exercised at our sole discretion and does not create any obligation on our part to provide a reason for refusal of service.

X. Disclaimer

You assume all responsibility and risk with respect to your use of our website, which is provided “as is” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, with regard to information accessed from or via our website, including without limitation, all content and materials, and functions and services provided on our website, all of which are provided without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, completeness or usefulness of content or information, uninterrupted access, and any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our website or its functioning or the content and material of the services made available will be timely, secure, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our websites or the servers that make our website available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The use of our website is at your sole risk and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of our website. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of our website.
